Dear Mr.President,

        I am very lucky that I have given the chance to write a letter to you. lucky indeed if you will have a precious time to browse this letter. I am just an ordinary 4th year high school student to have the concerned about our country specifically for us youth. When I heared that there will be an election of SK in the Philippines I have given the hope and a chance to serve my fellow youth because as a "Kabataan" I felt the enthusiasm to serve my own community. Even though I'm only 15 years old I know that I can help in my own simple and little ways. I want to become an SK Chairman if not at least a member to realize my dreams and aspirations in serving my own community and the whole Vigan City as well.
